Troubles

I am haven troubles installing msn 8 and uninstalling it too. It has the error

Cannot access D:\Program Files\Common Files

Most times when I try to download somthing any suggestions? not sure if I posted in the rite section of the forum

does the folder exist?
normally system folders and important ones are on the c:

check, and we'll go about fixing it (if it that)

they do exist on both drives
