I'm having some trouble recently while playing any game on my computer. I just noticed this problem and wasnt existant in any of my games about a month ago. What's happening is every other second of the game is left out, and the second proceding is ultra fast to make up for the lost frames. It is like super lag, but happening all the time. This is happening in ALL of my games, so i doubt it is some hardware spec. But here are some specs

I dont know where else to look for computer specs, b/c im stupid like that, all i put here was in the system control panel
