Troubleshoot: Restore files from B Drive

I recently installed Diablo 3 and was forced to rename my hard drive from B to F because the game wouldn't download onto an A or B drive. My OS is on a solid state C drive, but my other drive is for my games, storage, etc.

Now that I have done this, I can't use any of my previously installed programs or files. Is there a way to fix this? Please let me know if you need more information. I'm running Windows 7.

my solution is don't keep your drive with name B if some software install in it, and install D3 to another drive, otherwise you will be confused by many problem if B change to F
