Troubleshooting - Multiple Problems!

My desktop has been working perfectly for a long time, then recently it started having some crazy, what appears to be hardware related problems.

Here is my build

Epox 9NAD3+ Mobo
Amd 3500+ Venice Core
2 Hitatchi 160 GB SATA HD
1 GB Corsair
8x Plextor DVDRW Drive
Antec 450w True Power Supply
ATI 9800 AIW Pro
Creative Soundblaster Audigy 2ZS

Okay so here goes step by step problems. The motherboard has a built in postcode readout. I got an error 92 and it started beeping like crazy. I unplugged a few things and replugged them in and everything worked fine.

Then a couple days later the beeping came back. I turned off the computer, a couple hours later tried turning it on. Beeping went away, but no display. I unplugged the graphics card and replugged it in. Nothing. Post codes C1 and FF started flashing. Then I reseated the ram into sockets 3+4 instead of 1+2, and the computer back on.

Now it only detects 1 out my 2 HDD. Unfortunately the one that isn't working is the one that has the operating system files on it. I tried switching around the power, using SATA power and using standard 4 pin connector. Tried switching around the SATA cables, using different slots. Even tried switching out and using new SATA cables. Still no avail. Only one HDD working.

Then during all the troubleshooting, post code 92 came back on along with beeping. This time I got a display saying the power is not connected on the graphics card. I checked the connection, plugged and unplugged. Still same error message. Unplugged my HDD, turned the computer back on, and it works. Then tried using 4 pin connectors on the HDD instead of the SATA power connectors, and the computer turns on, but one of the HDD still isn't working. Whenever I use the SATA power connectors, the beeping returns and postcode 92 displays.

So basically out of all that, any ideas what the problem could be? Bad power supply? Bad Hard Drive? Bad Graphics card, Bad motherboard? Any ideas would be very helpful. Thanks!

First you need a good Welcome to the Computer Forum! http://www.computerforum.com/70672-official-welcome-thread.html and the usual reminder for all new members to review the http://www.computerforum.com/52038-forum-rules.html

Generally the list of error codes are seen in the user manual that comes with the board unless bought bare bones? The Phoenix-Award bios(
BIOS:
Award/Phoenix BIOS v6.0
) is the version for that model Epox board. A failed hard drive would be one likely problem. But the beep codes if one long followed by multiple short beeps would likely point at memory or the video card.

The link for downloading the user manual in pdf file format for the "Epox 9NDA3" model(since there is no 9NAD3 found(slight typo?) can be downloaded from http://www.epox.com/USA/article.asp?ID=1845 But you will Adobe Reader if you don't have the original manual in order to have the manual open up onscreen there.

The problem drive should be left unplugged until you know that there are no other hardware problems besides a possible video card. The supply is the least likely since bios codes are for the board and mainly hardwares on it.
