Trying to remove old Google Business listing

I am trying to delete a Google business page I created for my sister years ago for her Avon business. However I don't remember the E-mail address I used to sign up for the Google Business page. I have tried multiple E-mail accounts that I have and none match. The phone number listed in my sister's business listing matches her real phone and it can be confirmed. I tried calling Google for help, but I got a recording stating to visit Google support over and over again. I'm out of options here. She no longer sells Avon and she is getting a ton of calls. What can I do?

You've really tried all emails you know? Did you try her emails too?

Next thing I can think of if you can't get to talk to a person on Google (try to follow a different route), is to have her change her number.

You could potentially contact google as a "customer" and say that the page has completely invalid information and is linked to the wrong person...
