Trying to retrieve my FREE windows vista upgrade!

Hiya, bought an Acer Aspire 5633 last week, it came with a free upgrade to vista home premium. went onto the website and went all through the step by step procedures, finally it came to where you have tp put the COA number in, Serial nimber and a list of the pc models. on the pc models it does not show my model number and you cannot type one in. there are thousands but not mine. therefore i try the Aspire 5630 as it is the nearest to 5366, but it does not match it up with the COA or the serial number! why isnt it on there? i only bought it last week!!!! it is really getting on my nerves!
please help!
