Hi all,

id like to turn my pc on at a certain time via the motherboard bios and im trying to find in the bios the setting to do this but i cant, can anyone help me out, i have a Asus P8P67 LE mobo.

you cannot do this via task schedular in windows as windows can only turn on your pc when your pc is hibernating

The Intel Core vPro processor will allow this. turn on with a schedule as needed or turn the computer on remotely with a cell phone or another computer in another country for remote access.

You would need the "wake on" feature in the bios to be enabled. You would most likely need the "wake on lan" to be enabled.

found out in the BIOS under Advanced > AMT its called RTC, you set that to when you want the pc to turn on, giving the hour minute second

Yes some boards have a timer schedule feature you can enable, i do know that is available on the dell dimension 5150 but not sure which other computers have it...
