As in turn based strategy..... lots of war games are turn based.

a game like ur in space and u have (blank) many turns and u use them while u build stuff and they are web based games (html)

I don't know if it's still available, but Worms Armageddon is a great low end game. Good gameplay over a network. I don't know if it was capable of internet play though.
