WIndows 10 Turned off

Hi, tonight my kid turn off desktop computer (intel motherboard) and call me because when it was turned off, screen was white and there was message AGING... with red letters. I thouhg that kid didn't turn off properly and I turned it on, and after sfut down there was again white screen and message. Than i turned off power supply and again turn on and off computer, but there was message again. Screen is dark for 15 seconds, and thern thurn white with aging msg for 15 seconds, and again black... I took a picture.

What make and model of monitor do you have? Seems like the "aging" text is actually from the monitor itself and not the pc.

It's probably only doing it when it has no signal. Just turn it off completely if the computer is off.
