Turning off, why?

My computer has never ever had any problems, never blue screen, never random restarts, nothing.. till a few days ago when we had a power surge.. nothing was wrong with my comp an still isnt really.. except now it turns itself off every so often.. once last night an just now again. It turns itself back on after about 3 seconds, but I dont know if it turned something on that does it or what.

Any ideas?

Considering the power surge, it is probably the power supply...

By the way if you get these problems that when you turn on the computer and it turns of in a few seconds all you have to do is go to control panel/firewall settings and put no exceptions.
that should stop it and give u time to delete this annoying virus
