TV card and vista help

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a TV card but I need some advice please!

The card must have(if possible):

- Freeview
- Inputs for an Xbox 360 (AV)
- any other features that are cool
- needs to work with Vista
- good picture quality
- and not over £80
