tv card usb or pci?

I Built a computer Asus Mobo ,Intel duo2.13 ,450 power, 256 video card. windows xp prof. I'm concidering adding a tv card.

this link is for a usb version. whats your opinion on this or pci tv card? I have a 256 video card in my pci express slot so thats out.I'm trying to not get expensive with either type I may get vista in a year or so.

that works fine for me but im sure people would say go PCI which is usually more expensive. ive had this tv tuner since december and it is really good. it is like direct tv on the pc

im not too sure how well a USB one would be.
