What all are you looking for? Do you want HD support, inputs, etc. or do you just want a TV Tuner only?

Ok, well not sure what your budget is, but the one I listed below is what I would recommend. It supports HDTV and has a Digital Tuner which will be important come February. Realize that this is a PCI-E X1 interface card, NOT a standard PCI.

This second one is a bit cheaper but has some mixed reviews. Also supports HDTV and this is a standard PCI slot card.

I think you can record a separate channel while watching another on that $100 card, not sure though.. I just skimmed through it.
