Tv on video card?

When it says tv out: hdtv, does that mean that it has tv in the card? or do i still have to buy a tv tuner?

It means you can hook up your computer to display on a TV. If you wanted to watch TV on your computer you would need to hook up your TV cable to a TV tuner that you would put in your PCI slot.
