TV-out problems with S-video out, ATI-card

Hey!

I have a desktop with an ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 graphics card with S-video out.
Just bought the cables, but can´t get it to function properly.
Installed Omega drivers for the card which resulted in getting a better resolution and a lot of fancy functions on the graphics card, though the TV-out function there doesn´t work.
When I use windows own way of switching screen the TV flimmers shortly and the sound works properly all the time so it´s evident that the card and cable works.
But how do I get picture on my telly?

Anyone? Pleeease!

go to display properties, go to monitors, and monitor two should be there, but grayed out.

just right click it and select 'expand my desktop to this monitor'

and then you should be set

if monitor two doesn't even appear in the monitors tab, then either the cable or the card has a problem, or of course your tv isn't on.

make sure your tv is on when you power on your computer, as the card autodetects for an attatched tv.
 
i had the same problem, but it was with a really good projector that has good resolution (1024/768) but my s-video wouldnt work
