I wasnt sure where to post this so i thought i'd do it here.

I was wondering if there is any way of using a TV as a monitor for a PC.

If there is, what do you need?

You just need a video card with TV Out...

Would the sound come out through the Tv or would i still need seperate speakers from the PC?

Sound comes from your soundcard... you'll need separate speakers (unless you TV has audio inputs).

so if my computer had a video card with tv output then I could use my computer with my tv as the screen

there is also this thingy that i used to have that would make your screen appear on a tv... i forgot the name ill find it and tell u( imma find it right now ) srry man i think i lost it ... well i know there is something that does it.
