TV Tuner and cable box

i want to hook up my TV tuner to my cable box but it only has 1 Composite RCA Video Jack, that is being used by the TV. do anyone how i can have my TV tuner and TV hook up to my cable box at the same time? splitter, adapter, receiver, what? i have that new mini comcast box it doesn't have much of anything on it.
