TV tuner built in computer don't work

i have a tv on my computer but it no longer works after a repair job it had a new proccesor, graphics card and motherboard i have tested signal on portable tv and it works fine, i am running on windows xp, and to view the tv i use windows media center.

please please help!!!!
 
Look on the Packard Bell support site (search it on Google). Enter you serial or model number for the computer, and you should then have a list of support drivers.

Reinstall the driver/software for the TV card. This should solve the problem.
