This question has been asked a thousand times, probably, but, here goes...
...I'm looking for a TV tuner card to use on a new build. Budget is something of an issue, but I'll pay for what I need. So far, it has to take a signal from a PS2 to display (not necessarily record) over the computer's LCD monitor, and also put the sound out through the computer speakers (a simple 2.1 setup). It has to do the same with a coaxial cable input (recording also would be nice, but not necessary by any stretch of the imagination. Lastly, I'd like to avoid the delay problem I've heard about when using TV tuner cards to play the PS2 over the PC.
