TV Tuner Card

I was looking at this TV Tuner card, but was worried about compatability:

First of all, can I use it with cable television?
Secondly, my computer is equipped with a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz DSP Sound card and a 32 MB NVIDIA TNT2 M64 APG Graphics card. Will this TV Tuner card work with these?
Are there any other compatability issues I need to look at? I have the RAM, memory, Win. XP, Pentium III, Free PCI Slot.

If you live in Europe it will work fine, Of course it will work with cable provided you have cable and a Coax cable, Don't expect the same quality of picture as on your TV, especially if you have a LCD computer monitor
