TV Tuner Card????

I was curious what are some the best TV tuner card for a computer. I really don't care if it in internal or external. I am just getting ready to head of to college and I really doint knwo what the best is. I prefer one with a DVR mode in it but it doenst matter. But one thing that i do want is where is has coxial cable hook up where it can be "antenna or cable" feed and compnent hooks for like a PS3 or something of that sort.

AMD Athlon XP Pro 3300
1 GIG of RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 5200 with 512 onboard memory.
Windows XP w/ SP3
 
I just don't which on to pick out there. There are so many and i don't wanna get screwed over for getting the wrong one. Throw some good ones out there
