I just got myself a new pc and have trouble with getting my TV card working properly.
Problem is that i can`t get sound with video - I have video but no sound and when i manually tune the frequency i can get some sound but it is quite bad(and then video turns terrible). With televisor i have nice video and good sound.
I use PAL system cable and program named "InterVideo WinDVR". Maybe better program would help
