well im looking for a decent tv tuner card .. i dont need any recording jsut need something tat can work well like my television
 
The best card I've used is a WinTV PVR 150. You could probably find a cheaper one from WinTV and still get decent quality, but I would stay within that brand. Some of the other's I've tried in the past were junk. Horrible quality, reception was bad, and the framerates were pretty jumpy...
