TV Tuner help

Hi. I'm looking to buy a new computer from Dell with TV capabilities, but I'm not sure what the difference(s) between the Single TV tuner and Dual TV tuner is/are. Dell's site doesn't offer much of an explanation, so I was hoping that someone here could help me out. Thanks!

With a dual tv-tuner you'd have the picture-in-picture capability (watching two channels at the same time, or watching one channel and recording a show from another). It's just a fancy stuff, if the price difference is too high I'd stay with the single tv-tuner.
