tv tuner help

ok so i just bought a hauppauge usb 2 media center addition tv tuner for my laptop. I love the tv but when i want to connect my playstation 2 up i plug in the video cables and it said i had to put it as a set box which ended up working. However, when i see the picture and press a button on the controler its about seconds of delay time from the playstation to the screen. Is there anyway to fix this?

Read up on the device. Basically all the WinTV devices with real-time encoding have that problem. It's just the buffer. I don't know of any fixes for it.
