TV Tuner on Laptop

I have a TV Tuner card in my desktop and I was wondering if I can send it across the wireless network so I can watch it on my laptop.

Nope...well... Eh, I guess you could if you could find some webcam software or something. The quality wouldn't be good, though. video bitrates are quite high and I doubt wireless networks could keep up with it, if it was possible to keep the good quality.
 
Yup, TV tuners need a hard line. Well at least the ones we carry. It needs a coaxle cable connected directly. If it were wireless, I dont think you can get a clear, smooth picture.
 
I just glanced at it and it appears to use Windows Media for streaming. That'll be much like I said before... I don't see why it won't work, but you won't get wonderful quality. At least, not that like you have on the source
