REMOTE wonder II-what are those 1/8" jacks for??

Anybody have this thing? I just now noticed that there are two 1/8" headphone type minijacks on the receiver unit, and have no idea what they're for.

Well, when you do look at those connectors ... well ... you connect those to the video in/outs on your video card and provided you've installed the capture/output drivers, everything works as planned.

Oh man, I wrote the title wrong... I'm talking about the REMOTE wonder II...
This is on the USB remote receiver.

I have an older Remote Wonder and it has no connectors on it. Can you post a photo of that receiver unit?

oooooooooooooh yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh, I have a digital camera now... Keep forgetting
THey are not RCA jacks, they are 1/8" mini stereo jacks like for headphones.
Can't say I like the quality of this vivitar vivicam. Would you say the photo quality is in line with that of other namebrands? This was indoors and too close to the lens, but the grainyness seems like too much...

The main purpose of those connectors would be that with an IR blaster the remote operates with set-top boxes too.
So you have a receiver unit with some (probably) useless holes... :)

It just seems like at that point you're getting into redundancy. I mean, you're probably watching tv and using media on your computer anyway. I guess you could use a computer soley as an needlessly expensive remote transceiver in the tv room... There must be many cases where it would be handy, guess I'm not rich enough to know.
