tvtuner + dual monitor support?

just wondering what kinda video card has a tv tuner, as well as dual monitor support (one crt, and one lcd)

I'm currently running ATI All-In-Wonder Raedon 7500

the ATI all-in-woder 9800 pro is good...but sorry not dual monitor...only dvi...
