Tweaking\Setting Options

I would like to know what I can get information setting tweaks for XP Professional?

Also I would like to clean my registry out! Can anyone help me out there too?

What kind of tweaks? Black Viper had an awesome set of tweaks... his site has been shut down, but if you plug his name into google you can find most of the information elsewhere on the net.

Wow yeah, I use to use his stuff all the time. I'm looking for a good registry cleaner. XP Pro tweaks, similar to black vipers things. Or anything you people use that you think I might like.
