I was trying to download more programs at the same time but it seems XP has limit this to only two downloads at one time. I read somewhere(can't remember) that one could change this aspect within the system, somewhere. Could someone please provide with the info on doing this? Thanks.

You need to edit you're registry to change it. The maximum is 10 downloads at a time.

Thank you. But I have a problem with that article. I've posted it below. I don't understand line 3. I managed to go as far as the internet settings as described in line 2 but
i do not see what they mean in line 3.
"On the Edit menu, point to New click DWORD Value, and then add the following registry values:" I do not see anything that represent this in my registry.
"1. Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).
2. Locate the following key in the registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings

Value data: 10
Base: Decimal
