Alright I am trying to decide if I should go with either...
AMD Athlon II X2 240 Regor 2.8GHz 2 x 1MB L2 Cache Socket AM3 65W Dual-Core Processor (slightly used, never oc'd)

I am looking for a cpu that can handle multitasking. I usually have a few browsers open with a few tabs each and a few programs like itunes and others that I need for school. I don't need a high performance gaming computer but I would like it to be able to handle cod 4 with a medium settings. If that gives you any help.
please let me know if which one is better and if there are any big problems with either of them
