Hi,

Im having some issues. I have a rig that I am using and I have three monitors I am trying to hookup. I have two different graphics cards but I can only get one to work at a time. XP recognizes both but I get a Code 10 and yellow exclamation mark on the one that isnt set as the primary. I tried setting the on board to primary, but it only recognizes the PCI-e. Here is what I am using:

Intel D102GGC2 motherboard
ATI Radeon HD 3400 on PCI-e
ATI Radeon Rage 6 SDR on PCI (driver shows up as Radeon 7200)

I have two monitors hooked up to the HD 3400 one DVI and one CRT
I have one monitor hooked up to the Rage 6 via CRT

Any ideas?

i don't think there is a way to get 2 different model cards to run together since they use different drivers it would kill the cpu resources and also cause issues with one another.

How would you recommend hooking up three monitors, with independent screens then?

If you're trying to crossfire in order to have enough video ram to run multiple monitors, you need them to be from the same group(68xx, 69xx), if not completely identical(6850+6850, 6950+6950). You need a card(s) with enough vram, eyefinity support as well as displayport inputs.

since you have a pci-e adapter you should look for a card that supports eyefinity to replace the 2, then you need a display port adapter that has 2 outputs and a single dvi cord and that's it i think
