Two HDD's

At the moment I have two HDD's in my computer, my old WD 120GB (which I think is faulty) and a Seagate 500GB one.

I'm using the Seagate as my main OS HDD, and the 120GB as a secondary. My WD HDD keeps turning off, or, well, powering down. Is this normal?

Or is this the fault that was giving me the BSOD's?

I think your BSODs were due to the hard drive, right? Click on the link below and download the WD Diagnostic program. It should tell you if your hard drive is faulty, although I thought you already determined it is.

Yeah, I think it's because of the HDD...

Try that program. It shouldn't take long to scan the HD.
