Two types of Antec 900

its got air filters and is painted black in the inside but in my opinion the 902 is a waste of money since its like 140$ i have the first one and while it is a dust hog i cant justify paying 40 bucks more for filters and paint. there are some other really nice full size and mid size cases for around 100-125 if you look around.
 
im kinda interested in an all clear case but newegg only has like 4-5. Any good all clear cases. My gf likes clear ones too. They are "cute".

between the metal guard and the fan then take a shop vac or vacuum to the outside when they need cleaned
 
Those are two different cases. One is the Antec Nine Hundred and the other is the Antec Nine Hundred Two. The second when came out onto the market recently.

Those clear acrylic cases are kinda suckish, they show dust so easily, most have horrid airflow, and cable management is a (insert name for female dog here). The nine hundred two is basically a shrunken twelve hundred, and the nine hundred is an older case with less fans/cable management features.
 
did Antec ever fix that problem where the video card connectors made contact with the chassis in the back? it's a nice case, but that totally sucked. i would get something else if i were you.
also, you can make your own filters with some polyurethane foam; mine doesn't collect as much dust anymore :)
 
People need to take a closer look into the 900 (2) before making a judgement. The new version is black on the inside. The original is shit grey. The new one has cable management holes cut in the motherboard. The original does not. The new one has fan filters, plus better exterior design to give it a sleeker look. I say it's well worth the price.
 
The Antec 900 Two is just an Antec 1200 but has the height of an Antec 900. Compare pictures of the 900, 900 2, and 1200. The 902 has the same design and width of the 1200, but is simply 3 5.25" bays shorter.
