What brand PSU? The board seems quite good 2(16x) is quite nice, the whole micro ATX thing is a bit weird though. Usually there's a performance hit when you go micro.

hell yeah, those are amazing. i got a 9800gt and it runs gta4 on all setting maxed out at 60 FPS. i didnt beleive it at first, so 2 might be a little overkill.
