UAA Bus Driver for DFI Inc. NF UltraII-M2

Ok guys,i need help. Few nights ago i booted my Windows on my computer. And then i get in trouble. Now i cant install UAA Bus Driver anymore (Picture1.)
I have cd of my motherboard (DFI Inc. NF UltraII-M2 /NF SLiII-M2 /NFII -M2 (Socket M2)), but it won't to install driver. (Picture2.) Is it possible that problem is in service pack? I have SP3 and when i change hex in regedit from 300 to 200 i managed to install driver (Picture3.), but resultat was the same as in "Picture1". What can i do? Boot new windows with sp2 or what?



OS: Windows XP Professional 32-bit SP3
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+
RAM: 1 GB DDR2
Motherboard: DFI Inc. NF UltraII-M2 /NF SLiII-M2 /NFII -M2 (Socket M2 )
VGA: 1024MB NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT
HDD: 250 GB

First of all look under system devices in device manager to see if you have an entry labeled "Microsoft UAA bus driver for high definition audio". If you don't then thats the problem. Try downloading and installing this driver.
