12V @ 16+18 ... pretty good ... dunno if you might be able to get any of the PSUs from the PSU101 cheaper or not but woth a look)

Since you state yer on a budget, cut back from the TwinX stuff and just get the basic ValueSelect stuff ... odds are you will never notice the difference

ASUS cards tends to be a bit overpriced (arguably for good reason) but you may consider cheaper brands

Ultra high? Although Im tempted to say yes.

Juggle the budget around and you might be able to get a 6800class card in there
