Ubunta on USB

I want to boot ubunta from a USB stick. How do I get that too work?

Download the Ubuntu ISO image file.Then download the "Unetbootin" program and with it put the ISO of the Ubuntu on the USB stick.

NOTE: The USB stick will be formatted so backup ALL important data from it!!!
