ugh gunz high ping

hi, i need help with high ping numbers. my ping is at like 8000 and wont go down . i am behind two routers, one feeds the other, both of which are forwarded to ports 7800-7900 and router a is DMZ'd to router b and router b is DMZ'd to my PC. so whats with my ping numbers? i was playing fine for a day or two. and my PC is like 30x better than the req'd specs thanks in advance
 
Have you checked the IP that you are on? It could be that your ISP changed what location you are connecting to, and creating a lot of ping because of the long distances you must cover...
