Ultra book for video editing

I'm in the market for a lightweight portable ultra book for video editing but I'm on a budget. I know ultra books aren't really meant for video editing and can run hot, but I'll only be using it for editing 1080p and I know there are some budget options that can handle it. I'm currently looking at 3 used options and they're all around my 500 dollar budget. Again, portability is important to me.

Which would you choose of these 3?
All have an I5 8520u processor, 8gb of ram, and ssd drives. Which would you choose and why?

HP Envy 13
I5 8520u
8gb ram
256gb ssd

Asus zenbook 13
I5 8520u
8gb ram
256 gb ssd

Or

Would you scratch the ultrabook route and just buy a 15 like this.

Asus vivobook f510ua
I5 8520u
8gb ram
1tb hdd
(but ram is upgradeable unlike 2 other options.)

Thanks for your assistance everyone!

Either of the Asus ones would be a good option. I wouldn't suggest messing with HP. Really at this point it is a matter of personal preference, they both have their pros and cons. The Zenbook will be fast with it's 256GB SSD but it'll fill up quick. The Vivobook will be significantly slower with it's HDD but there's a lot more storage there, and the RAM is upgrade-able as well.

In my opinion though, grab the Vivobook by itself or the Zenbook and an external HDD or SSD (if you don't mind spending extra).

Thanks for your opinion! I should have mentioned, I will be using an external ssd drive in conjunction with whatever computer I choose. If I got the vivobook I'd yank the hdd and replace it eventually with an ssd too. :) Yeah I'm feeling the Asus options much more than the hp I think. Thanks

I'm really torn. I would love to have a small model to edit 1080p on the go, but not sure if an ultra book can handle the load of sony vegas. I've been checking out the Asus Zenbook 13. Digging it, but still torn. I may end up getting that bigger Asus F510ua.

The zenbook is tiny and sports similar specs, but ram isn't upgradeable. It's maxed at 8 which is the minimum required to run sony vegas. The f510ua is fully upgradeable but isn't an ultra book. It bigger, heavier but can be made a beast.

Torn!!!!
Tough decision

I am a long distance hiker and edit my youtube vlog on the go. Sometimes I'm out for 6 months at a time. I'm thinking I can probably pack the zenbook 13 easily and it would take up little space in my backpack The f510ua not so much
