I have AMD athlon 4200+@2533 dual core, geforce 7800GT 470 / 1250 and 2gb of ram. Problem is because i have unusually low fps in css. in de_dust2 i have on public server from 50 to max 130 (when i look into wall ) in stress test i have average of 150 fps. if i change details settings results dont change...
when i bought a processor i didn format disk is mybe that a source of all problems?? i appreciate your help :P

While those are lower than a "stress test" those frame rates are still significantly higher than what you can actually notice. The difference can probably be chalked up to the stress test is done internally on your own computer where playing on-line requires the computer to process more data related to what everyone else is doing in the server at the same time...

Problem is because some guyz with slower computers on same server have up to 400 fps.. thats my problem... :(

thats not low fps....and your telling me some guys on that server said they have 400Fps?

i find that hard to believe ;)

Probably because they have lower settings. 50-100FPS is not a problem if you have the settings maxed out.

Most monitors can only refresh their screens at 60fps so anything higher than 60 is not needed or noticable. 30fps is smooth 60fps is perfect. 25fps is what DVD runs at so 150fps and complaining or claiming your comp is slow is very odd. It's like complaining about your car only going 0 - 20,000mph in 2 sec.

heh yes thats right it's all on high :P but if there is 100+ fps i feel the difference :D recoil goes back faster so you can shoot faster :D So if i give lower settings fps stays untouched. it's always same no matter if details are on low or on high that's is strange if you ask me  my monitor is set on 85 hz.

If the framerates stay pretty much the same on low and high settings, then it's most likely your processor that is bottlenecking your system. I had the same problem when I ran a Sempron with an x850XT PE.
