well thsi is teh psu i'm using right now

i got 5 fans 1 cathode 2 harddrives one overclocked cpu and 2pci cards and 2 cd/dvd drives.. but lately i've been geyying NTDLR is missing please press ctrl -alt-dlete to restart. But when i unplug my slave drive and bootup the comp and turn it off it works fine teh i turn it off again and plug teh slave in and it works.. i think it's because teh power going to teh slavedrive is being railed off a fan molex could this be why its not getting enough power or is it because my hard drive SUCKS which i think it does:(

By fan molex do you mean a normal molex connection, split to a fan and then plugged into the HDD, or a 'fan only' molex connection, like those on most Antec PSUs? If it's the former, it should work, but you can try it without the fan to make sure that's not the problem. If its the latter, it can't work, which is why the connection is labelled 'FAN ONLY'.

Also, are your jumpers correctly set?

Try unplugging the fans and cathodes and see if it works. If it does, your PSU is probably overloaded.

Maybe try plugging the slave drive on the secondary IDE channel to see if that works.
 
ya i had to unplug 1 fan 1 disc drive and teh slave just to get my master drive to work! could it be the harddrive cuz everything worked fine for liek 2 monyhs
