Unable to access site at home

I have a severe problem with all three of my computers (leading me to believe that TWC has an issue). I have been unable to access the site from my Wireless signal (3G USB stick and the linskys box) or the ethernet (bought new cable, so thats not the problem). Tried on multiple browsers (Opera, FF, Chrome, IE7, IE8, and downloaded IE9) to no avail. Also did a reinstall of the OS on the desktop (new HDD) and the HP laptop so that all internet settings would reset to factory. Still no help.

1. Is anyone else having problems with this?
2. Any solutions not already stated?
 
Try resetting your modem/router. I have just tried accesing the forum with firefox and it works so no issue here.
 
That ws the first thing that I did.
I think its a issue with Time Warner. Several of my friends did some beta testing for me this morning. the 3 TWC users can not access but the comcast customers didn't have an issue.
