Unable to open hyper link in outlook

hi i upgraded internet explorer from 7 to internet 8 , since then i am not able to open hyperlink in outlook 2003
i am getting the error message "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator. "
 
I think you need to copy the URL and phisically paste it into the browser.

This was a known issue for the IE8 Beta. They must not have fixed it?

This could be solved by using a different Default Browser I think.
