Unable to remove a program

Hello all,

i am trying to uninstall a program called "Scanner utility for Windows" (from 'Add/Remove programs'), but once its removed it still shows up under 'Add/remove programs', it doesnt disapear from there.
i tried rebooting the computer afterwards, but it still shows up in there.

i am able to remove it from another computer, so not sure what the issue is.

i am logging with administrator rights on both computers, so what could the issue be?

PS Both computers run on Windows XP.

Go Start > programs > Under the folder of the program does it have uninstall program???

If not i have another idea.
