If you removed the Grisoft folder the only thing left to look at in the "DocumentsandSettings\user name\Application Data" folder for the folder seen there. You will also have to look in the processes section of the task manager to see if there any processes lingering. Also look in the Programs menu for the Startup group there.
Now that the registry keys are removed the startup group probably still has a folder there. This is also a good time to run the registry cleanup option seen in "tools" on the menu bar. That will bring up another menu where you simply click on the "do them all" option seen there to run the automatic cleaner. If these still don't get everything then reinstalling and later removing a fresh copy should see that removed.
