Unattended setups

now i checked out on the net many unattended setups available....i guess how they do it.....i got to find out that there are tools available to do it. but then i couldn't find out how they modify the settings of the setup, like the background etc....i used the almeza tool but that also didnt gave the answer!!!
so what files are used to configure the windows setup(i mean in the disk)?

also, if not against rules and regulations, is there any way to automatically validate windows??

does it really matter if you can't get a simple desktop wallpaper ?

its not the default windows desktop wallpaper i am talking about....its about the customized background during the windows setup...i hope you get what i am talking about!!
