Uncorrectable Hardware Error (BSOD 124)

Just received this BSOD (first BSOD for this computer), and I'm afraid it might be a hardware problem, as previously sometimes my laptop would blackscreen for a second and windows would tell me that my graphics card just encountered an error.

Programs open at the time: Google Chrome (with 10+ tabs plus a stream), Steam, Dota 2, Hearthstone, QQ international

I need a list of your system specs please. The dump file says its a hardware issue. Are you running an oboard intel processor with integrated graphics?

Here's a bunch of specs. I'm running integrated intel graphics along with nvidia 770m. It's a Sager Clevo custom laptop running Windows 7 64x.

Update both of the video drivers and see if the bluescreens continue.

I'm pretty sure both of them were upgraded already. (Unsure about the built-in though)

Furthermore, I think someone messaged me on QQ just as it BSOD'ed, might have something to do with it, might not. They reported that they messaged at 3:51 (when I was online) and the crash happened between 3:50-3:51.
