Under desk computer mount

Does anyone have and use an under desk computer mount?
I like the idea of saving space but I'm wondering if I need to open the case for whatever reason. That it'll turn into a pain in the neck back.

I only ever use them in office environments. As noted it becomes a PITA if you have to take it out regularly
