Underclocking

Ok, I need to know how to underclock. All I know is that it involves voltages and the like. So, could anyone tell me how to underclock my CPU? please? Oh, and please no posts that just consist of "why would you want to underclock", I have my reasons. And are there any problems that I may run into when underclocking?

You just lower your bus speed in the BIOS, however it can only go so low, but it depends on the motherboard. There are some stability issues when it gets to a certain point, but again, it depends on the hardware.
